Adjustments
If you need any adjustments made on an item that you purchased, please go to our home page and click the "Contact Us" button as soon as you have checked out and received your order number. After you have filled out your name and e-mail information, please put your order number/item number in the comments section and let us know what you need ( e.g., anklet, bracelet or necklace lengthened or shortened.)
Availability
Most of our items are listed as “one in stock.” However, we will occasionally make another similar piece, depending on the availability of the beads, gemstones, pendants, etc. AngieShel Designs prefers not to duplicate items exactly, although we will reproduce certain items that are frequently requested.
Custom Orders
If you would like AngieShel Designs to design something especially for you, please go to our home page and click on the “Contact Us” button and let us know what you have in mind. We will get back to you, asap, to work out the details.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via Paypal. Checks and money orders are accepted: however, they must clear first before your item is shipped. For those paying by check or money order, please fill out the pertinent information during checkout so that AngieShel Designs can contact you with the address information to forward your payment.
Sales Tax 7% sales tax is applicable only for NJ residents.
Shipping and Handling
All packages will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) at a flat-rate fee of $3.95 in the US. This will include insurance and delivery confirmation for all items.
International Orders
We currently only ship to Canada, Australia and UK. Packages will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) at a flat-rate fee of $10.95 for Canada and a flat rate fee of $21.95 for Australia and UK. All prices are in US dollars. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included.
