Shipping policy

All packages will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. This will include insurance and delivery confirmation for all items.  All items are processed and shipped within 2 days upon receiving your payment.  However, custom orders, since it's a special design request, it could take anywhere from 1-2 weeks or more to allow for ordering supplies, or depending on how large the order is and what items we may need to purchase to fulfill your order.
